How long will my PiCycle™ last?

We believe 50 years is likely, barring that you replace the parts within the interval that is recommended in the user's guide (~$504 every 5k miles). There's no planned obsolesence, but rather the bike is designed for planned renewal, wherein new battery technologies could be easily swapped into your older PiCycle, as technologies continually develop and advance.
